The Eat Right for Your Type diet encourages people to eat certain foods and avoid others based on their blood type -- A, B, AB, or O.
Blood types affect the digestive system and that some foods good for people of one type are "dangerous" for another. It goes further than that for D'Adamo, a naturopathic doctor, who believes that your blood type also determines your susceptibility to certain illnesses and how you should exercise.

Nollywood Bags N1.7 Trillion in 2013
Nollywood is gradually nearing the world's standard in the monetary aspect. The industry seems to have improved so rapidly that regular contemporary home videos are being replaced with box office and cinema flicks. Movie producers are now investing more capital in making films that have raised the quality of films in Nigeria.
This improvement has not gone unnoticed as the industry has made an average of N1.72 trillion in 2013.
In the last five years, the industry has been growing in terms of quality. No wonder it has been rated third most valuable movie industry in the world, behind Hollywood and Bollywood. The development has also impacted on returns.
Just as it has ranked third globally in terms of quality of production, it has grossed revenues that placed it on the same level.
This will encourage rampant investment to improve the Nollywood. More to come from our hollywood, Nollywood
